Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate or graduate (any stream)

Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Must not have any ongoing exams in the next 6 months

Willingness to work 6 days a week
